Stage 0.1 — Intake

Calibration call

One 30-minute call to lock the role, comp band, work-arrangement, must-haves, deal-breakers and offer process. We come prepared with market data, not a blank doc.

Stage 0.2 — Source

Targeted search

We work our network first, then run targeted outreach with a written approach script reviewed by you. Every conversation is logged in your shared search file.

Stage 0.3 — Vet

Shortlist build

Phone screen, video interview, references checked, background and skills validation initiated. Each candidate scored 1–5 against the brief with written notes.

Stage 0.4 — Place

Offer + start

We coordinate the offer, manage counter-offers, line up the start date, and check in at week 2, 6 and 12 to make sure the placement holds.
